“ I hardly ever leave reviews, but Hens Up truly deserves five stars. I ordered takeout online and mixed up something on my end, only realizing when I arrived that the order didn’t exist there. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and made me the correct order right away with zero hassle. I really appreciated it. The food is top-notch. I ordered the Padak, honey garlic, and creamy onion. Everything was excellent, with Padak being my favorite. The crust is perfectly crispy without being too hard, and the meat is tender and juicy. Highly recommend! ”

“ Called to ask whether it was open Boxing Day and luckily it was open. I ordered three whole soy garlic fried chicken and the snow cheese fries. All the food was delicious; however, I wished the soy garlic chicken wasn’t spicy. I also hoped that there was air holes to keep the chicken crispy during transit back if there is take-out involved. Prices are good for the portion size. It is located in a plaza with parking spaces. Negative was I stood waiting for a while for an employee to check up on me at the counter when I first entered the store. ”

I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff (girl with glasses- i'm sorry i didn't get your name) at the counter. Though I initially misunderstood her demeanor, she is actually very kind and dedicated. It’s clear she works incredibly hard, and I truly appreciate the service she provides. This is a fantastic local spot that I recommend to everyone. ”

“ I was craving a fried chicken burger and almost went to Popeyes, but I stumbled across this place instead—my luck. I chose the basic fried chicken sandwich, though the yangnyeom and soy garlic options were equally tempting. The chicken was incredibly fresh, plump, and juicy, while the simple panko breading was perfectly crisp. Every bite was satisfying. The service was excellent (12 mins for my order); the chef and desk attendant were very friendly and helpful (and even provided complimentary sauces!). The ambiance was relaxing and quiet, with slow background music setting a great mood. This is easily one of the best tasting and freshest burgers you can get for under $10. ”
